Defendants sentenced in Allen County Common Pleas Court

The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Jonathon Burns, 28, of Lima, was sentenced to three years probation and 10 days in the Allen County Jail for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or a combination of them.

Marquez Townsend, 21, of Lima, was sentenced to one year probation for carrying a concealed weapon.

Tivell Carter, 22, of Lima, was sentenced to five years probation for failure to comply with and order or signal of a police officer.

Chais O’Donnell, 22, of Bluffton, was sentenced to two years probation for harrassment with a bodily substance.

Kaneka Godsey, 33, of Lima, was sentenced to two years prison for operating a vehicle uner the influence of alcohol, drugs or a combination of them.

Dauntria Florence, 45, of Lima, was sentenced to three years probation for domestic violence.

Donnell Lamb, 19, of Lima, was sentenced to 24 months prison for having weapons under disability, carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

Adrian Houston, 34, of Lima, was sentenced to three years probation for carrying a concealed weapon.

Destiny Knuckles, 24, of Lima, was sentenced to three years probation, 60 days in the Allen County Jail and will have her license suspended for five years for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or a combination of them.
