WAPAKONETA —The Armstrong Air & Space Museum is asking for donations for a time capsule beginning at an event starting at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 25.
The museum’s Grand Illumination event will celebrate the holiday season and its 50th anniversary.
The museum is asking for personally written letters, predictions of the future, current coins or medallions, current fads or trends, items representative of the local area or current space-related items.
Items will be accepted until Monday, Jan. 2. The time capsule will be opened at the museum’s 100th-anniversary celebration on July 20, 2072.
