LIMA — The City of Lima Utilities Department has announced that its drive-thru service at its customer service building, located at 424 N. Central Ave., will be closed today.
The closure will allow for the installation of an automated kiosk, which will replace the old drive-thru service. During the closure, customers will still be able to come into the office to make payments. Once the new kiosk is installed, customers will be able to use it to pay their bill 24 hours a day seven days a week, according to the department.
The department also plans on installing a similar kiosk in the building lobby.
