LIMA — Wednesday is National Coffee With A Cop Day, and the Allen County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting a casual, informal Coffee With a Cop event at Biggby Coffee at 717 Cable Road, Lima.
Allen County Sheriff Matthew Treglia, American Township Police Chief Michael Haines and Elida Police Chief Dale Metzger will all be at Biggby Coffee from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m., giving the public a chance to sit down in a casual setting and converse with local law enforcement.
Allen County SWAT team members, deputies, and law enforcement officers will also be present.
