Today: 43rd annual The Rebel Run Classic Car Show, Allen County Fairgrounds, 2750 Harding Highway, Lima. Pre-register for $30 by Sept. 15, or $35 on day of show. $5 admission for adults, free for children 12 and under. Free T-shirt for first 500 registered cars. Sunday, Sept. 18: The King Car Show, noon to 5 p.m., Faurot Park, Lima, registration from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. All the money made from the car show goes to the Salvation Army. Contact Richie Crouse, 419-233-1867.

Monday, Sept. 19: Car & Bike Night, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wings and Rings, 1939 Roschman Avenue (next to Sam’s Club), Lima. Free admission. Door prizes and a 50/50 drawing. Ten percent of food sales go to the West Ohio Food Bank.

Tuesday, Sept. 20 and Tuesday, Sept. 27: Lee’s Famous Recipe Tuesday Night Cruise-Ins, 5 to 8 p.m., Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken, 311 W. Harrison St., Wapakoneta. Car enthusiasts are invited to bring in their cool ride or stop in and check out the other cars.

Wednesdays through Sept. 28: Happy Daz Cool Car Cruise-In, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Happy Daz, 802 S. Cable Road, Lima. Free. All vehicles are welcome from Model A Fords to new electric cars. Saturday, Sept. 24 and Saturday, Oct. 22: Bluffton Cars & Coffee, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., 902 N. Main St., Bluffton. An informal gathering for enthusiasts and their cars. This free show features all makes of automobiles and motorcycles.

Saturday, Oct. 1: 4th annual Veterans Car Show in Lima, noon to 4 p.m., Reineke Ford Lincoln Lima, 1360 Greely Chapel Road, Lima. Show organized by Reineke Family Dealerships and the UAW Local 1219. $10 registration, with the first 50 to pre-register to get a free t-shirt. Open to all makes and models, and motorcycles are welcome. Show will feature dash plaques, a raffle, door prizes, a 50/50 drawing, t-shirts and multiple trophies. All proceeds to benefit the Veterans Food Pantry of Northwest Ohio.

Wednesday, Oct. 5: Springview Manor Car Show, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Springview Manor, 883 W. Spring St., Lima. Along with a variety of cars, the event will also feature food trucks, raffles and participant trophies while community members debut their vehicles. Participants are asked to donate $5 per car, with all proceeds benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association. For more information, call Springview Manor at 419-227-3661.

Saturday, Oct. 8: Cairo 696 Customs Halloween Trick or Treat Car Show, 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., registration 2 to 4:30 p.m., Main Street, Cairo. A “don’t miss it burn-out contest at end of the show.
