LIMA — Friday, July 8th is the due date for 2nd half real estate and mobile home tax payments.
There are a number of methods that can be used to pay taxes. Payments by check or cash may be made at the treasurer’s office Thursday or Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on the 2nd floor in the Allen County Courthouse.
Payments by check or money order may be made at any of the Allen County branches of Superior Credit Union or Union Bank locations, but you must have a tax bill payment stub. Payment may be mailed with a U.S. Post Office postmark by July 8th, 2022; or may be dropped in the treasurer’s mailbox at the front entrance of the courthouse located at 301 N. Main Street by Friday by midnight.
Credit card payments are also accepted (for a small convenience fee, this fee is not charged by the treasurer’s office) at the treasurer’s office; by phone at 1-866-739-0469 (this number is also located on the back of the bill); or online at www.allencountyohtreasurer.com.
