OTTAWA — Family physician Dr. Jeffrey Burnell has joined Putnam County Primary Care, a division of Blanchard Valley Health System.
Burnell earned his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and a master’s in biology and immunology from Central Michigan University, later earning his medical degree from Michigan State. He completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and his fellowship in primary care sports medicine at ProMedica Sports Care in Toledo.
