VAN WERT — The following defendants entered pleas of not guilty at their arraignment hearings this week in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court:
Joshua Weaver, 39, Lima, one count of vandalism.
Robert Seibert, 33, Van Wert, one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs.
Jose Melgar Revolorio, 39, Van Wert, one count each of rape and sexual battery.
Ryan Homier, 40, Van Wert, one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine.
Eunice Bernhardt, 56, Ohio City, 10 counts of second-degree felony pandering obscenity involving a minor and two counts of fourth-degree felony pandering obscenity involving a minor.
Juan Hernandez, Jr., 40, Van Wert, one count each of gross sexual imposition, assault and obstructing official business.
