Scouts provide cards to local senior citizens

LIMA — Boy Scouts from Troop 777 have created 300 greeting cards for local nursing homes in the Lima area.

“The cards have been designed with positive messages, Bible quotes, pictures of rainbows, hearts, sunshine, and even activities like word searches,” said Michael Ayres, assistant scoutmaster. “This was a win-win for our community, allowing our Scouts and families to make a contribution to local residents.”
