Feb. 15
Nicole L. Stewart, 37, 1054 Holgate Ave., Defiance, was granted judicial release and remanded to the WORTH Center program. She was placed on five years’ community control and was ordered to obtain and maintain employment and obtain a GED.
Feb. 20
Jane E. Schroeder, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from Wayne C. Schroeder, Columbus Grove. They were married Jan. 19, 2008 in Columbus Grove and have no children.
Darrell L. Myers, Fort Jennings, and Michelle L. Myers, Delphos, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 4, 1997 and have two children.
Kevin Keirns, 13739 Glenmore Road, Ohio City, was sentenced 30 days jail for contempt. The jail term was suspended provided Keirns pay the truck payment as ordered and deliver his 2018 tax refund to Renee Ann Schroeder for the truck loan.

Feb. 15
Carlos A. Suarez, 24, 106 S. Glenwood Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charge of marijuana possession and headlights required were dismissed.
Feb. 20
Dennis J. Ritter, 64, 3601 Road J, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $100 fine and no contact with victim for a year. A charge of criminal mischief was dismissed.
