Arraignments held in Allen County Common Pleas Court

LIMA — The following individuals entered pleas of not guilty Friday in Allen County Common Pleas court during their arraignment hearings. The charges against each of the defendants were returned by the recent session of the Allen County grand jury:

Johnathan Fugatt, 44, St. Marys, charged with a second-degree felony count of robbery;

Jimmy Chesser Jr., 46, of Lima, charged with a fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence;

Antonio McNeal, 33, of Lima, charged with a fifth-degree felony count of theft;

Charles Perkins, 39, of Lima, charged with a third-degree felony count of domestic violence;

Tyson Wheeler, 39, of Lima, charged with a second-degree felony count of robbery;

Charles Cowan, 28, of Lima, charged with escape and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them, both third-degree felonies;

Lewis Hollar, 54, of Lima, charged with a fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence;

Loris Pierce, 34, of Lima, charged with a fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence;

Malcolum Glenn Jr., 22, of Lima, charged with a fifth-degree felony count of domestic violence;

Steven Johnson Jr., 24, Columbus Grove, charged with a fourth-degree count of receiving stolen property;

Lonnie Gentry, 70, of Lima, charged with fourth-degree felony count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them;

Kent Williams, age unavailable, c/o Ohio Department of Corrections, charged with two counts of assault, both third-degree felonies;

Brandon Johns, 28, of Lima, charged with a fifth-degree felony count of forgery;

Brandon Hershey, 30, of Lima, charged with failure to verify address and failure to provide change of address, both fourth-degree felonies;

Jesse Blackburn, 26, of Delphos, charged with a fifth-degree felony count of theft;

Christina Beckman, 42, of Wapakoneta, charged with a fifth-degree felony count of theft;

Latasha Rippley, 40, of Dayton, charged with a fifth-degree felony count of theft;

Dexter Bratton, 28, of Lima, charged with a fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence;

Frankie Edge, 21, of Lima, charged with carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, both fourth-degree felonies;

Dalton Roesssler, 19, of Lima, charged with a fourth-degree felony count of receiving stolen property;

William Fetters, 44, of Rockford, charged with a third-degree felony count of failure to provide change of address;

Stephanie Royal, 45, of Toledo, charged with a third-degree felony count of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility;

Sawyer Brown, 19, of Lima, charged with a fourth-degree felony count of assault;

Jaquan Rogers, 21, of Lima, charged with carrying a concealed weapon, a fourth-degree felony; improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; and possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony;

Calvin McGhee, 39, of Lima, charged with trafficking in marijuana, a fourth-degree felony; and possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony;

Jennifer Golden, 60, of Lima, charged with theft from a person in a protected class, a felony of the third degree;

Joseph Croft, 31, of Lima, charged with a fifth-degree felony count of receiving stolen property;

Christopher Merkle, 31, of Lima, charged with a fifth-degree felony count of domestic violence;

Justin Kruetzer, 22, of Lima, charged with a fifth-degree count of vandalism; and

Jessica Donathan, 36, of Lima, charged with a fourth-degree felony count of grand theft.

Indicted by the grand jury but failing to appear at Friday’s arraignments were:

Taji Pernell, 36, of Lima, charged with trafficking in heroin, a felony of the fifth degree, and two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felonies;

Prince Madison, 40, of Lima, charged with a fifth-degree felony count of possession of cocaine;

Anthony Neri, 69, of Hebron, Ky., charged with two fifth-degree felony counts of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle; and

Anthony Smith, 28, of Lima, charged with a third-degree felony count of having weapons while under disability and a fifth-degree felony count of possession of cocaine.
