Feb. 2

Peggy J. Salinas, Continental, was granted a divorce from Nick A. Salinas, Napoleon. They were married July 3, 2003 in Paulding County and have one child.

Feb. 5

Lendsey J. Ordway, 25, 24211 State Route 613, Oakwood, was sentenced to 198 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. She was given credit for time served and was ordered to complete the program at Westwood Behavioral Health. She must obtain and maintain employment, complete all counseling and treatment as recommended and complete a GED. She had been convicted of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs.

Samuel J. Santana, 21, 333 E. Liberty St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to petty theft, a misdemeanor. He faces up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2:30 p.m. March 7.

Feb. 6

Kevin Cornwell, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Elizabeth Doeden, Defiance. They were married April 20, 2017 in Putnam County and have no children.

Feb. 8

Rhonda K. Wolke, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Roger A. Wolke, Ottawa. They were married Sept. 25, 1982 in Ottawa and have no minor children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Jan. 23

Chevy M. Vangundy, 20, 4792 Keopple Road, Celina, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension. Charges of drug abuse/possession, OVI, failure to control and seat belt violation were dismissed.

Feb. 5

Jordan A. Kimmel, 28, 24799 Road I 23, Oakwood, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine.

Sylvia Quiroga, 58, 736 Spruce St., Fostoria, pleaded guilty to wrongful entrustment of a vehicle. Sentence: $150 fine.

Feb. 6

Darrell G. Combs, 58, 7569 Road 10, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, two-year license suspension and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

Sarah A. Owsley, 22, 134 N. High St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to hit/skip realty-property. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, perform 32 hours community service. She was also fined $150 for driving under FRA non-compliance and $50 for assured clear distance.

Amanda M. Ringler, 33, 8349 Road 51, Payne, pleaded guilty to points, penalties & appeals (12-point suspension). Sentence: 140 days jail, $100 fine, with credit for 12 days served.

Feb. 8

Carmen Rubio, 54, 711 N. Belmore St., Lot 15, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine.

Logan J. Pothast, 26, 14054 Road 12, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to drug paraphernalia and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension.

Amelia Delgado, 21, 322 Cherry St., Holgate, was found guilty of drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.

Layton O. Donaldson, 21, 107 Pearl St., Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to drug possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine.
