OTTAWA — Putnam County lifted its Level 1 roadway advisory as of 12:30 p.m. today, Sheriff Brian Siefker announced.
Siefker instituted the advisory at 5:20 a.m. today.
A Level 1 roadway advisory means roadways are snow-covered and icy. People should drive carefully.
