VAN WERT — Zachariah Germann, 30, of Van Wert, entered pleas of not guilty to two counts of felonious assault, second-degree felonies, during his indictment hearing Wednesday in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court. His bond was set at $20,000, with an order to have no contact with the victim in the case.
Germann’s next court appearance will be a pre-trial hearing on Feb. 14.
