COLUMBUS — Columbus police discovered a woman’s dead body inside a vacant house in the 500 block of South Oakley Avenue on the west side on Saturday morning.
Detectives got a report of the body, and officers entered the dwelling around 11:30 a.m. and found the body, which appeared to be a victim of a homicide, according to Columbus police. This is the 10th homicide in the city so far this year.
Police are working to identify the body and find family as the investigation continues.
