VAN WERT — The Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office on Monday declined to release any information surrounding a traffic accident involving an Amish buggy that reportedly occurred Sunday near Willshire.
A spokeswoman at the sheriff’s office said only that the matter is “still under investigation” and for that reason no additional information would be released.
Sheriff Thomas Riggenbach did not return a telephone call seeking comment Monday afternoon.
