LIMA — The Ohio Department of Transportation District 1 is requesting public comment on a future project that would repair a bridge on Lima’s west side.
The current proposal involves repairing the Shawnee Road bridge that takes the road over a railroad just north of the intersection of Shawnee and Spencerville Roads. Repairs would require the bridge to be closed and traffic rerouted for the duration of the project, with access to nearby properties to be maintained throughout. The project is scheduled to take place in the summer of 2020.
