Lima traffic stop leads to drug-related arrests

LIMA — A Bucyrus man and a Lima woman were arrested Friday evening by Allen County Sheriff’s Office deputies on a variety of drug charges after an otherwise routine traffic stop.

According to the report, a vehicle driven by Lance Blass, 27, of Bucyrus, was stopped by deputies at the intersection of Lakewood and Jameson avenues in Lima. Upon further investigation deputies charged Blass and a passenger, Dionne Tuttle, 25, of Lima, with suspicion of possession of heroin, possession of drug abuse instruments, and possession of Schedule IV drugs.

Blass’ 4-year-old daughter was in the vehicle at the time of arrest and was released to her grandparents.
