Allen County Common Pleas Court dispositions

The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Maurice Reynolds, 35, of Lima, was sentenced by Judge Jeffrey Reed to 60 days in the county jail and three years of probation on two counts of trafficking in cocaine, fifth-degree felonies.

Beth McElfresh, 47, of Wapakoneta, was sentenced by Reed to five years in prison on five counts of trafficking in marijuana, fifth-degree felonies.

Ricki Mooney, 33, of Celina, was sentenced by Judge David Cheney to two years of community control on a fourth-degree felony charge of improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle. Mooney was required to forfeit the firearm.

Dustin Minerd, 28, of Springfield, was sentenced by Cheney to 180 days in the county jail, three years of community service and 80 hours of community service on a fifth-degree felony charge of breaking and entering.

Austin Owsley, 20, whose address is listed as the Ohio Department of Corrections, was sentenced by Cheney to one year in prison on a fourth-degree felony charge of attempted theft. Owsley originally was charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle.
