LIMA — West Ohio CAP will be processing PIPP Plus enrollment and reverification applications year round.
PIPP Plus is an income-based payment plan for regulated utilities such as gas and electricity services. The programs monthly payments are based on a percentage of a household’s income and is designed to make utility payments more affordable.
West Ohio CAP requires current electric and gas bills, Social Security numbers for all household members, income information for all household members for the previous 13 weeks and proof of disability if disabled, to apply for PIPP Plus services.
