FINDLAY — Veterans from World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War will travel to Washington, D.C., to visit the war memorials during the second of two 2017 Flag City Honor Flight events Sept. 20.
The Flag City Honor Flight is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to give veterans the chance to visit war memorials built in their honor. Trips occur each June and Sept. Findlay is a hub for the organization.
