LIMA — Lima Memorial teen volunteers will present essential school supplies to the Children’s Developmental Center of Lima on Monday.
The gift comes as a result of a supply drive the Lima Memorial Health System volunteers organized to benefit the students they supported while volunteering for the CDC’s summer program.
Located within Lima Memorial Health System, the Children’s Developmental Center is a school-based program for children birth to school-age who have a special need or may need help as they grow. The focus is an interdisciplinary approach that includes developmental classes, physical, occupational and speech therapies.
