May 23

James R. Siefer, 26, 14524 Old State Route 65, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to drug paraphernalia and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine, six-month license suspension. He also pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine, six-month license suspension.

Garrett M. Howell, 28, 1249 Road O1, Pandora, pleaded guilty to driving under judgment suspension. Sentence: $250 fine.

May 30

Renee A Keirns, 29, 307 S. Second St., Kalida, pleaded guilty to illegal distribution of cigarettes. Sentence: $100 fine.

Brenda J. Lindeman, 49, 400 Olt Road, Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to driving under judgment suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: $200 fine. She was fined $100 for unauthorized plates.

June 1

Dylan B. Okuley, 21, 3255 Road 23, Continental, pleaded guilty to inciting violence. Sentence: 90 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, with 24 hours of community service.

Maxe D. Raciti, 54, 245 Lincoln St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to falsification. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $100 fine.
