LIMA — Fishbaugh Family Eyecare announced Wednesday it will add Dr. Katrina Schlarman to the practice in June. She will be joining Dr. Michael Fishbaugh, Dr. Amy Bankey and Dr. Andrea Dietz, and will be seeing patients at both the St. Henry and Lima offices.
Schlarman grew up in Osgood and is a graduate of Marion Local High School. She obtained a Bachelors of Medical Laboratory Science from The Ohio State University in 2013, and continued her education at The Ohio State University College of Optometry, graduating top of her class this past May. Schlarman said she enjoys all aspects of optometry, but has a special interest in binocular vision, specialty contact lenses and ocular disease.
After living in Columbus the previous eight years, she is back in her hometown with her husband, Kevin, a CPA working at McCrate, DeLaet, & Co.
Schlarman is accepting new patients at both locations.
