Delphos St. John’s students raise money to help man battling cancer

DELPHOS — Delphos St. John’s junior high and high school students raised $277 for the Tim Trentman-I Can-Cer Vive Benefit, which will be donated to the family of Tim Trentman.

Trentman is a 26-year-old Delphos native who was diagnosed with stage 4 oral cancer in November. He has been through surgeries, radiation treatments and chemotherapy.

The money donated will help his family pay for medical expenses, travel and food.
