An Allen County grand jury returned 14 public indictments this month. Those indicted and their charges are:
Cindy C. Estill, 53, of 419 S. Scott St., two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or combination of them with specifications.
Kristina M. Barton, 56, of Lakeview, two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them.
Anthony J. Hurley, 21, of 1018 Richie Ave., attempted burglary.
Shane B. Jones, 32, of 519 N. Charles Ave., felonious assault with a fireman, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation or a school safety zone with a firearm specification and carrying a concealed weapon.
Marvin L. Bridges, 20, of 1032 E. High St., improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation or school safety zone with a firearm specification, discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises with firearm specification and felonious assault with firearm specification.
Ferlando F. Tubbs, 37, of 760 E. Fourth St., two counts of felonious assault.
Kevin Watkins, 26, of 1252 Knollwood Drive, felonious assault, aggravated burglary, kidnapping and domestic violence.
Morgan D. Harris, 22, of 997 W. Eureka St., carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
William H. Baker, 40, of 5889 Poling Road, Elida, two counts of rape, two counts of sexual battery, two counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and two counts of gross sexual imposition.
Aaron M. Benton, 21, of 319 N. Collett St., burglary.
Tammy M. Phillips, 35, of 1063 N. Main St., three counts of rape and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Todd M. Kersker, 51, of 5018 Bowdle Road, Harrod, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.
Nathan L. Johnson, 22, of 1408 W. Spring St., carrying a concealed weapon, having weapons while under disability and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
Brenda K. Williams, 52, of 330 Calumet Ave., Apt. 13, assault.
