LIMA — Starting Monday, the Lima Public Library will be a tobacco-free campus.
The use of any tobacco products, including smokeless, will be prohibited on library grounds. That includes e-cigarettes and other nicotine products.
The library also will have a strict food ban effective Monday.
The Lima Public Library has locations in Lima, Cairo, Elida, Lafayette and Spencerville.
