Allen County grand jury returns indictments

An Allen County grand jury returned 19 public indictments this month. Those indicted and their charges were:

Lucas G. Jones, 36, in prison, four counts of harassment with bodily substance.

Sedric D. Washington, 48, of 543 W. Elm St., two counts of breaking and entering.

Stephen P. Pettigrew, 39, of 527 Woodward Ave., domestic violence and kidnapping.

Maurice J. Cunningham, 36, of 321 W. Elm St., felonious assault, kidnapping and domestic violence.

Anthony R. Spangler, 22, of Columbus Grove, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and felonious assault.

Devin O. Moore, 21, of 306 E. Harrison Ave., failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

Trinity M. King, 19, of Fort Wayne, aggravated possession of drugs, carrying a concealed weapon, two counts of improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them.

Kevin P. Sunderhaus, 37, of 1557 Southwood Drive, domestic violence.

Carrie J. Breckenridge, 33, of 597 Harrison Ave., two counts of robbery.

Benjamin J. Blakeley, 31, of 1725 Homeword Ave., two counts of robbery.

Christopher P. Parker, 25, of 518 W. Wayne St., burglary.

Albert A. McDowell, 17, of 1216 N. Union St., two counts of murder with a firearm, voluntary manslaughter with a firearm.

Christopher C. Woods, 41, of Redford, Mich., possession of hashish and possession of marijuana.

Crystal D. Barber, 35, of Mt. Clemens, Mich., possession of marijuana.

Daquarius T. Pernell, 18, of 1271 Knollwood Ave., carrying a concealed weapon.

Akeliante A. McClellan, 18, of 1305 Taft Ave., aggravated robbery with a firearm and felonious assault with a firearm.

Collin M. Dysert, 20, of 111 Cam Court, No. 42, trafficking in drugs with a firearm, kidnapping with a firearm, involuntary manslaughter with a firearm and murder with a firearm.

Gavin R. Lauck, 19, of 451 W. McKibben St., trafficking in drugs with a firearm, kidnapping with a firearm, involuntary manslaughter with a firearm and two counts of murder with a firearm.

Dalton J. Duncan, 19, of 1816 Kingston Ave., trafficking in drugs with a firearm, kidnapping with a firearm, involuntary manslaughter with a firearm and murder with a firearm.
