Hancock County man stabbed in foot; girlfriend arrested for felonious assault

FINDLAY — A Hancock county man received a non-life threatening laceration/puncture wound to his foot after a verbal argument escalated into a physical confrontation.

According to the Findlay Police Department, officers were called to the 500 block of West Sandusky Street in Findlay for a posssible domestic dispute between a live-in boyfriend and girlfriend.The girlfriend stabbed the male in his foot, police said.

Bethany Rayl, 24, was arrested for felonious assault and incarcerated at Hancock County Justice Center. She has requested that a charge of assault be made against the male.
