FINDLAY — Charles Nkerbu, a fifth-year pharmacy student at the University of Findlay, has been commissined as a U.S. Air Force officer in a ceremony held on Friday, March 24.
Nkerbu is now a second lieutenant who will have the remainder of his Doctor of Pharmacy education paid for by the military. Upon earning his doctorate, he will be re-commissioned as captain and will become a practicing pharmacist for the Air Force, working within the civilian sector.
