ST. MARYS — A 22-year-old St. Marys man has been charged with rape, St. Marys Police Chief Mark Ernst reported Wednesday.
Dillon J. Howell was arrested and incarcerated after the St. Marys Police Department received information about a possible rape involving a juvenile female. Howell has been formally charged with one count of rape, a first-degree felony. He is being held on a $500,000 bond.
