March 20

Lima Memorial Health System was granted a judgment against Debra K. Ibarra, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $15,910, plus interest and costs.

March 22

Eryn L. Arend, 21, 753 E. Wayne St., Paulding, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto governmental facility. She was given credit for 36 days served and placed on three years community control.

Michael J. Schuerman, 55, 98 Jose Gaspar Drive, North Fort Myers, Florida, was sentenced to 10 days jail for being in contempt for not complying with a prior court order of paying spousal support. The jail was suspended on condition Schuerman make payments of $250 per month immediately to the local child support enforcement agency and seek full employment.

March 23

Daniel L. Bixler, 55, 162½ W. Main St., Ottawa, was sentenced to 17 months in prison for domestic violence (with a prior). He was given credit for 101 days served. A charge of assault was dismissed.

March 14

Shaun R. Riker, 33, 403 S. Sixth St., Continental, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, 24 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for six days jail upon completion of the driver intervention program. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

March 16

James E. Deleon, 42, 496 Pontiac Drive, Apt. F, Defiance, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of attempted telecommunications harassment. Sentence: 90 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, no contact with victim for two years.

Tevin M Holmes, 21, 2800 Racers Way RV 58, Lima, pleaded no contest to driving under operating a vehicle under the influence suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. Charges of underage possession and drug abuse/possession were dismissed.

Abigail L. Place, 22, 103 Water St., Buckland, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle under the influence. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of driver intervention program. Another charge of operating a vehicle under the influence was suspended.

March 20

Logan M. Bartley, 26, 1567 S. Clinton St., Apt. 3B, Defiance, pleaded guilty to failure to reinstate. Sentence: $250 fine and one-year license suspension.

Alex J. Schroeder, 22, 9815 state Route 65, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of menacing. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $150 fine, complete treatment program and not be present at the house of the victim without permission. He also pleaded no contest to drug paraphernalia and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension.

March 21

Kent R. Manson Jr, 25, 16753 state Route 613, Paulding, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle under the influence. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of driver intervention program. He was also fined $50 for reckless operation.

Craig A. Brown, 52, 202 E. Union St., Spencerville, pleaded no contest to driving under FRA/non-compliance and was found guilty. Sentence: $400 fine. He also was fined $100 for failure to control.

March 23

Ann M. Vorhees, 43, 705 Albert St., Lima, pleaded guilty to driving under operating a vehicle under the influence suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $250 fine, license suspended for one year. A charge of failure to register dog was dismissed.

Joseph D. Basinger, 20, 617 S. Jefferson St., Pandora, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: Six-month license suspension, $150 fine. He was also fined $150 for drug abuse/possession and $50 for speeding.
