FINDLAY — The Findlay Police Department has announced that the missing 3-year-old, Mila Ochoa, has been located.
The toddler was located in Flagstaff, Arizona. She has been taken into protective custody by the Children’s Services authority, pursuant to the Hancock County Juvenile Court order. She will be returned to Ohio at a later date.
Her parents are expected to return to Ohio as well, and no charges are expected to be filed.
