OTTAWA — Putnam County Sheriff Brian Siefker declared a Level 1 roadway advisory as of 10:35 a.m. today.
Snow continues to fall throughout the region.
A winter weather advisory was continued until 1 p.m. Snow should accumulate to less than an inch before changing to rain this afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
