LIMA — Elm Street between Eastown and Cable Roads will be closed from 9 a.m. until noon Tuesday, according to the Allen County Engineer’s Office.
The closure is to allow for tree removal. No through traffic will be permitted during the closure, but emergency vehicles will continue to have access.
