WAPAKONETA — Ohio Department of Transportation has announced upcoming road closures in Auglaize and Shelby counties.
In Auglaize County, state Route 33 East between Cemetery Road and Wapak-Fisher Road will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. One eastbound lane will remain open.
In Shelby County, Interstate 75 South near Fair Road will be closed between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Thursday. One southbound lane will remain open at all times.
Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming closure. All work is weather permitting.
To help ensure the safety of construction workers as well as the traveling public, ODOT urges motorists to remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
