Caitlyn E. Floyd, 26, 128 Truax Road, Cloverdale, was ordered into the Devlac Hall program for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included using heroin on Oct. 24 and Oct. 25. Floyd was placed on four years community control, must undergo alcohol drug and alcohol use, and attend AA and NA meetings. Her license was suspended for 30 months and she was given credit for 1,008 days served. She was originally convicted of trafficking in drugs.

Marvin L. Warnimont, II, 44, 12751 Road F-12, Ottawa, was sentenced to 30 days jail for trafficking in drugs (marijuana). He was given credit for eight days served and was placed on three years community control. He must undergo drug and alcohol assessment and treatment, maintain only one medical provider and pharmacy and pay restitution of $270 to the MAN unit. Another charge of drug trafficking was dismissed.

Robert J. Nichols, II, 32, 941 E. 11th St., Ottawa, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included using heroin on Nov. 25 and failing to report to his supervisor on Nov. 22. He was placed on three years community control, must undergo alcohol assessment and treatment and his license was suspended for six months. He was originally convicted of possession of drugs and failure to appear.
