Dec. 13

Amie M. Wilson, 36, 135 N. High St., Apt. B, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (heroin). She faces up to 18 months in prison and six months to five years license suspension. She also pleaded guilty to endangering children. She faces up to six months in jail. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:45 a.m. Jan. 23.

Anthony M. Birnesser, 42, 10805 state Route 12, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to theft. He faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11 a.m. Jan. 23.

Dec. 16

Danielle N. Deitering, 37, 776 S. Race St., Van Wert, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for failure to pay child support. She was found in total arrears in the amount of $1,398.57, as of Oct. 31. The jail was suspended provided she remain current in her payments.

Kayla Stanley, Fort Jennings, was granted a divorce from Christopher Stanley, Leipsic. They were married June 6, 2011 in Ottawa, and have three children.

Dec. 19

Tamera J. Muncy, 34, 135 Baltimore St., Hamler, pleaded guilty to theft of a credit card. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Jan. 20.

Dec. 21

Christopher Frey, 35, 2020 Road E, Leipsic, was granted judicial release and remanded to the WORTH Center. He was placed on three years community control, must undergo drug and alcohol use and treatment, obtain employment, attend NA and AA meetings, have only one medical provider and pharmacy and not purchase or possess any Sudafed.

Marquis T. Williams, 32, 244 Lincoln St., Ottawa, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for falsification in theft. He was given credit for one day served and placed on three years community control. He must undergo drug and alcohol assessment and treatment and pay $7,150 in restitution.

Megan M. Brown was granted a divorce from Joseph W. Brown, Vaughnsville. They were married March 21, 2008, in Putnam County, and have one child.

Dennis F. Hanneman, Columbus Grove, was appointed to the Putnam County Veterans Service Commission to a term beginning Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021.

Dec. 20

Brady T. Kruse, 18, 1823 S. Agner St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP, complete alcohol/drug assessment, and pay restitution of $602.66. Charges of failure to control, open container, false ID and OVI were dismissed.
