LIMA — Black Lace Hair Salon, 768 N. Main St., will be giving veterans free haircuts from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. today.
Veterans are asked to bring some form of identification to show they are veterans, such as a veteran ID, a veteran notification on their driver’s license or a DD214 form.
