LIMA — Bliss Road between Grubb and Old Delphos roads, will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Allen County Engineer’s Office.
The closure will allow for culvert installation, and no access to the closed portion of the road will be permitted.
