OTTAWA — Resdients in some areas of Putnam County, including Columbus Grove, Leipsic and Pandora are unable to call 911 from their home phones, according to Brad Brubaker, Putnam County’s E-9-1-1 Coordinator.
Cell phones are still able to call 911 from those areas, so they should use those in case of an emergency.
