4 p.m., outside in front of main building, surrounding Memorial Garden

Welcome from Superintendent Judy Wells, flag-raising, “Star Spangled Banner” played by band made up of 11 associate school bands in uniform, ribbon-cutting at main entrance with Wells and Apollo board of education

4:30 p.m., Commons area

Information from Jon Rockhold, former Apollo superintendent and Apollo Educational Foundation chair, introduction of partners.

4:40 p.m. Partner wall

Unveiling of partner wall by Paul Crow, Apollo carpentry graduate and president and CEO of Tuttle Services, Inc. Contractors, partnered with instructors, lead groups of guests to labs for simultaneous ribbon-cuttings.

4:50-7 p.m. Self-guided tours

Labs will have students performing demonstrations throughout the open house.
