LIMA — Lima City Council approved an extension of the noise permit for an event at Vino Bellissimo during a brief special meeting Monday.
Vino Bellissimo will be holding an Oktoberfest event from 4 p.m. to midnight Saturday. Normal noise ordinances would take effect at 10 p.m., but this approval from Lima City Council will extend that ordinance until midnight.
