LIMA — Thayer Road will be closed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday between Reservoir Road and state Route 309, according to the Allen County Engineer’s Office.
The closure will allow for tar and chip work, and no through traffic will be permitted during that time. Emergency vehicles will have access.
