LIMA — Lima-Allen County Safe Community Coalition, a group that helps makes roads safer, is seeking nominations for the Safe Community-FOPA-FOP Award.
The awards are for people who help to make Allen County a safe community. Forms can be obtained on Survey Monkey at: http://j.mp/2aWMJmm.
Awards are given in the following categories: emergency medical services; fire safety; traffic safety; children safety (ages 0-15); youth safety (ages 16-25); outstanding citizen; and engineering.
The awards will be presented during the 18th Annual Safe Community/FOPA/FOP Award Luncheon on Sept. 21, at the Fraternal Order of Police Hall.
