July 20

Todd M. Donaldson, 39, 332 N. High St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. He faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:30 a.m. Aug. 29.

July 28

Andre Payne, 37, 412 S. Jefferson St., Pandora, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for felonious assault (attempt) and 180 days in jail for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently and he was given credit for 118 days served. A referral to the WORTH Center was also ordered. Charges of theft and abduction were dismissed.

Chad M. Neuman, 31, 333 N. Main St., Lima, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for theft. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent to an Allen County case. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $8,480.00.

Stafford C. Mitchell, 33, 113 N. Bradford St., Baltimore, Mary., was placed on three years community control for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included failing to make court-ordered financial obligations as of Dec. 18, 2013. He was ordered to have no contact with the victims, and pay restitution in the amount of $102,807 in payments of $150 per month until paid in full. He was originally convicted of theft from an elderly person and receiving stolen property.

Chace D. Keiser, 25, 424 S. Walnut St., Ottawa, was granted judicial release and ordered to complete the program at the WORTH Center. He was placed on three years community control, must continue receiving outpatient treatment as ordered and obtain employment. He was originally convicted of breaking and entering and tampering with evidence.

July 14

Christopher J. Sterling, 38, 717 W. Broadway St., Apt. 4, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to OVI with refusal. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $750 fine, $250 suspended. He was also fined $150 for license forfeiture and $100 for open container.

July 25

Jeremy D. Doud, 25, 941 E. Fourth St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $100 fine.

July 28

Ryan M. Fleck, 27, Q817 County Road 16, Napoleon, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Marcos Zavala, 22, 111 E. Center St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to furnishing alcohol to underage person. Sentence: 180 days jail, 120 days suspended, $150 fine, with sentence to run consecutively to probation violation. A charge of failure to comply was dismissed. A charge of contributing was dismissed in juvenile court.

Daniel Barrientes, Jr., 29, 628 E. Liberty St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.
