July 11

Lisa A. Stainbrook, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Terry L. Stainbrook, Ottawa. They were married Aug. 12, 1995 in Gilboa, and have no minor children.

July 12

Mishelle N. Parkins, 29, 716½ E. Market St., Lima, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include falsifying her identification to law enforcement on June 20, using cocaine and heroin on June 21, changing her residence without permission, failing to report to her supervising officer on June 21, and failing to participate in substance abuse programming as directed. She was given credit for 243 days served. She must pay restitution of $70 and placed on three years post release control.

Theron Oren, Leipsic, was granted legal separation from Jennifer Kuhbander, Leipsic. They were married in Columbus Grove on June 21, 2003, and have four children.

Kristen Minjarez, North Baltimore, was granted a divorce from Aaron J. Minjarez, Leipsic. They were married April 21, 2010 in Leipsic, and have no children.

July 14

Trenton S. Lauf, 38, 267 Main St., Ottoville, was found guilty by a jury of rape/with two counts specifications, and illegal use of minor in nudity material or performance. Lauf was remanded pending sentencing which has been scheduled for 11 a.m. Aug. 1. He faces up to life in prison.

Kevin M. Arnone, 31, 440 N. Taft St., Ottawa, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for felonious assault (attempt) and six months in prison each on two counts assault, misdemeanors. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent and he was given credit for 118 days served.

July 15

Kevin M. Arnone, 31, 440 N. Taft St., Ottawa was sentenced to 12 months in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included causing physical harm to three different individuals on Feb. 19 at Wibbys Sports Bar and Grill, Kalida, failing to report to his supervising officer as instructed on Feb. 10, failing to submit to drug testing on Feb. 23 and Feb. 24 and failing to attend drug and alcohol counseling on Feb. 21. His bond was revoked and he was remanded. He was given credit for 222 days served and the sentence was ordered to be served concurrent to his other case. He was originally convicted of possession of drugs.

July 8

David M. McKinley, 29, 418 Park St., Marion, charged with burglary, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

July 11

Stephen A. Myers, 47, 711 N. Belmore St., Lot 14, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to OVI first offense. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $750 fine, $250 suspended, two-year license suspension, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.

Thomas J. Martin, 20, 17055 Old State Route 65, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to physical control of vehicle while under the influence. Sentence:180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $375 fine, one-year license suspension, and perform 16 hours community service. A charge of stopping after accident; exchange information was dismissed.

July 12

Tiffany N. Schoepfle, 26, 106 Williamstown Road, Ottawa, charged with drug abuse/possession, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

July 14

Pamela S. Deal, 46, 8186 Parkwood Drive, Findlay, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 suspended, $150 fine, and pay restitution of $134.95 to Hawkeys Pharmacy.

Jordan N. Ladd, 23, 23090 Road Q, Lot E, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to criminal damaging/endangering. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, and perform 24 hours community service.

Larry Grant, Jr., 46, 147 E. Canal St., Ottoville, pleaded guilty to obstructing official business. Sentence: $250 fine.
