LIMA — An early morning house fire at 49 Beaumont Place in the Sherwood Park neighborhood destroyed a house.
American Township firefighters remained on the scene into the morning. The house is owned by Benjamin and Leslie Moline, who bought it in 2007. The home is valued at $99,400, according to Allen County Auditor records.
