The following individuals were indicted following a session of a Putnam County grand jury on Wednesday.

Logan J. Pothast, 24, 14054 Road 12, Ottawa; three counts possession of drugs.

Breonna J. Stephens, 22, 1265 N. Defiance St., Ottawa; escape and two counts possession of drugs.

Robert Vogt, 54, 604 E. Third St., Ottawa; domestic violence.

Luis M. Rocha, 25, 162 S. Locust St., Ottawa; two counts trafficking in drugs.

Dana M. Cherry, 35, 257 N. Hall St., Ottawa; possession of drugs (heroin).

Kristopher D. Scott, 31, 1534 W. Sandusky St., Findlay; illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and four counts possession of drugs.

Kenneth J. Thierjung, 53, 145 W. Fourth St., Fort Jennings; theft of checks and forgery.

Nathan E. Gee, Sr., 42, 2193 state Route 613, Oakwood; theft by deception.

Matthew D. Thomas, 24, 11716 Road 16, Ottawa; grand theft and receiving stolen property.

Morgan C. Spooner, 21, 107½ S. Main St., Continental; burglary and criminal damaging, a misdemeanor.

Derek M. Schwab, 32, 18637 Road I-17, Cloverdale; having weapons under disability.

June 13

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Terrance E. Kuhlman, Ottawa, and Diane F. Kuhlman, Ottawa, in the amount of $90,943.20, plus interest and costs.

June 14

Dominic J. Norway, 23, 230 W. Seventh St., Ottawa, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for breaking and entering, six months for burglary and 36 months for burglary. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent and he was given credit for 116 days served. A charge of theft, a misdemeanor, was dismissed.

Cassandra R. Elston, 24, 427 S. Keyser St., Holgate, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property and burglary. She faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:30 a.m. July 12. A count of burglary was dismissed.

June 15

Robert L. Howard, III, 34, 236 N. Hall St., Ottawa, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for having weapons under disability. He was also sentenced to the WORTH Center for perjury. The sentence was ordered to be served consecutive, he was given credit for 45 days served and he was placed on five years community control.

Kevin M. Arnone, 31, 440 N. Taft St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to attempt felonious assault, and two counts assault, misdemeanors. He faces up to to 48 months in prison and $7,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. July 12.

June 7

Dilyn Warnimont, 19, 1245 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 127 days suspended, $150 fine, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.

June 9

Landon J. Boyd, 23, 30277 county Road 424, Defiance, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He was also fined $50 for headlights required. He was also fined $50 for headlights required.

June 13

David F. Maag, 27, 13403 Old State Route 65, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one year license suspension, with credit for three days upon completion of DIP.

Sharon M. Hermiller, 55, 11704 State Route 613, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP.

June 14

Jamie J. Nieto, 21, 221 Poplar St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension.

Steven L. Kleman, 60, 106 E. Main Cross St., Miller City, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of marked lanes was dismissed.

Brett T. Schulte, 19, 5083, Road L, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of OVUAC underage first offense. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He was fined $50 for left of center. Charges of first-offense OVI and underage possession were dismissed.
