Putnam County Common Pleas Court

The following individuals were indicted following a session of a Putnam County grand jury on May 4.

Logan J. Pothast, 24, 14054 Road 12, Ottawa; two counts possession of drugs.

James N. Alexander, 18, 210 E. Washington St., Pandora; inducing panic.

Andre Payne, 37, 412 S. Jefferson St., Pandora; felonious assault, theft, abduction and domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

Joseph M. Meeker, 29, 11549 County Highway 42, Upper Sandusky; felonious assault.

Cody A. Dickerson, 23, 6877 Road 24, Continental; possession of heroin, theft and forgery.

Ajan M. Brown, 20, 425 N. Pratt St., Ottawa; unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Robert E. Steinmeyer, 35, 223½ Broadway St., Findlay; extortion.

Joshua J. Siferd, 20, 3149 Road 203, McComb; unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Breonna J. Stephens, 22, 1265 N. Defiance St., Ottawa; two counts possession of drugs and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of meth.

May 4

Natalie R. Golich, 32, 917 Central Ave., Findlay, was sentenced to two years in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included using cocaine on March 7 and failing to participate in a substance abuse group at Century Health on Feb. 23 and March 1 as well as failure to participate in individual counseling. Golich was given credit for 426 days served and placed on three years post release control.

Courtney A. Knitz, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Adam M. Knitz, Ottawa. They were married April 26, 2014, in Grand Rapids, and have one child.

Systems & Services Technologies, Inc., Leawood, Kansas, was granted judgment against Judy Solomon, Columbus Grove, and Joseph Solomon, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $19,339.10, plus accrued interest in the amount of $613.50.

May 5

Ashley R. Tippie, 32, 704 W. State St., Lima, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included using cocaine March 4 and March 30, and failing to report to her supervising officer March 9, March 16 and March 21. Tippie was given credit for 777 days served. She was originally convicted of burglary and complicity.

Shana L. Saldana, 34, 838 W. Wayne St., Lima, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included failing to obey orders from her supervising officer on Dec. 9, failing to make payments toward her court financial obligations and using morphine in Allen County on March 29, 2016. Saldana was also ordered to notify her health providers of her current prescriptions and court convictions.

Steven L. Brown, 48, 508 Perry St., Paulding, was granted judicial release and ordered to complete the program at the WORTH Center. He must attend AA and NA meetings, and maintain employment upon release of the center. He was originally convicted of illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto grounds of a detention facility.

Margaret Wieging, Fort Jennings, was granted a divorce from Gary Wieging, Defiance. They were married Dec. 11, 1971 in Fort Jennings, and have no children.

Federal National Mortgage Association, Beaverton, Ore., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Dennis L. Salisbury, Columbus Grove, and Jennifer I. Kerns, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $51,630.41, plus interest and costs.

Putnam County Treasurer Tracy Warnecke was granted judgement against Edna G. Hunt, Fort Jennings, and Michelle C. Crawford, Fort Jennings, in the amount of $448.45 as of Sept. 15, 2015, plus penalties and additional taxes accruing since that date.

Cathy L. Ritter, Ottawa, and Jason C. Ritter, Wadsworth; dissolution of marriage without children.

Adah Ellerbrock, Ottawa, v. Keith Ellerbrock, Ottawa; divorce with children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

April 28

Priscilla M. Aguirre, 37, 694 Bermont Ave., Mansfield, pleaded no contest to passing bad checks and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $100 fine.

May 3

Phillip L. Cross, 27, 228 N. Cass St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to OVI first-offense. Sentence: 180 days jail, 120 days suspended, $525 fine, license suspended for three years, complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. A second count of OVI was dismissed.

May 5

Blake W. Baltrip, 21, 11704 Road 21, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to telephone harassment. Sentence: 180 days jail, 178 days suspended, $250 fine, and no contact with the victim for one year. A charge of aggravated menacing was dismissed.

William J. Leopold, 46, 410 N. Fourth St., Kalida, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: One-year license suspension and $150 fine. He was also fined $50 for left of center.
